At OEM+, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Installed or used car audio components
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation
- Special order or custom items
How to Return
To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page on the website with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
