At OEM+ Car Audio Store, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Eligible Items
- Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival
- Items that were incorrectly supplied (wrong item sent)
- Unopened and unused products in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed or used
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation
- Special order or custom items
- Items without original packaging
How to Return To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly supplied item.
