At OEM+ Car Audio Store, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within South Africa We ship nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 business days
- Other areas: 3–7 business days
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately via our Contact Page with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Collection If you prefer to collect your order in person, please contact us to arrange a collection time.
